에러 메세지:

The serial number provided is registered to a different user. Correct the error and attempt to register again.

 

 

원인:

  • 입력한 시리얼 넘버가 이미 다른 EDN계정에 등록되어 있는 경우 발생하는 에러 메세지입니다.

 

해결 방안:

  1.  my.embarcadero.com 에 접속하여 로그인합니다.
     
  2. 좌측 메뉴 중 My registered products를 클릭합니다.

  3. 등록된 제품 리스트에 등록하고자 했던 시리얼 넘버가 있는지 확인합니다.
    • 이 때, 등록하고자 했던 시리얼 넘버를 가진 제품이 없거나 'You dont have any registered products' 메세지가 뜬다면 회사내 다른 EDN계정에 등록되어 있는 경우입니다.
